Humor in Snyders DCEU movies

They say the DCEU movies directed by Zack Snyder, Man of Steel and specially Batman v Superman, are too dark, heavy and humorless.
I agree they are a bit more serious, but I don’t think it’s a bad thing or that they don’t have humor. Actually there’s some funny moments seasoning both movies without breaking the drama in the scenes.
Other thing I don’t agree is that Batman in Justice League is a “joker”. C'mon, in BvS Batman has humor too.
The same Bruce Wayne who says to Alfred “you’re getting slow with your old age” or to Clark Kent “we just have a bad history with freaks dressed like clowns” would say to Arthur Curry “I heard you can talk to fish” and to himself “something is definitely bleeding“.

Bruce Timm is the executive producer of the animated adaptation of Gotham by Gaslight, by Brian Augustyn and Mike Mignola, considered the first DC Elseworlds story.
In the NYCC 2017 panel, Timm said the movie includes more characters than in the original comic and more suspects of being Jack the ripper, given the story a feature length. [Source: CBR]
With Timm as executive producer, Sam Liu as director/producer and James Krieg as screenwriter, the animation will be released in 2018, featuring Bruce Greenwood as Batman and Jennifer Carpenter as Selina Kyle.

Hey Timm's fans!
It's my first blog entry in the group and as the last post here was about this group administration, I thought it was a good idea to refresh the journal with some news of our dear animator at the San Diego Comic Con 2017(better late than never). So here we go:

I always thought they are perfect together: they have chemistry, similar values and can be themselves to each other (I mean no power restriction and less fear of the other being a target for enemies).
Elsa & Hans #helsa (Frozen)
It seems a little bit wrong because Hans was the villain of the story, trying to take power over Arendelle in an unscrupulous way, but I can't help myself!
- Daphne & Fred + Velma & Shaggy (Scooby-Doo)
I shipped them when I was a little child!
